Orwell Associates, through its owner Perry Perez, brings over 30 years of contracts management experience to serve your needs.
A graduate of New York University, Perry has worked contracts and managed contracts teams across diverse private and public enterprises, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc.; DemandStar, Inc.; Broward County, Florida; ADT/Tyco, Inc.; Johnson Controls, Inc.; Citrix Systems, Inc.; and Miami-Dade County, Florida.
